Employer Partner

The IFE Employer Partner scheme is our organisational membership offering for employers and their employees. Under one bulk membership, an organisation can work with the IFE to build a bespoke membership package that benefits its whole team.

Employer Partner membership is a cost-effective way to attract, develop and retain employees. As the leading professional membership body for fire, the IFE is known worldwide to provide assurance and recognition of competence and conduct for its members. Membership carries tangible benefits including access to resources, networking opportunities and the chance to get involved and help shape the sector.

How does it work?

Working with the IFE, organisations can develop a tailored membership package to benefit the business and employees. Whilst some elements are core and fixed, each organisation has the choice of other products and services to include within their Employer Partner agreement.

Once a package is agreed, the organisation will be awarded with IFE Affiliate Organisation membership and employees will receive IFE Affiliate Individual membership. All individuals will have the opportunity to regrade their membership depending on their experience and qualifications, which is assessed on an individual case by case basis.
