Cooling Off Period

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations state that orders placed online can be cancelled up to fourteen calendar days from the day after goods are received. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing within the fourteen day period either by post, email or fax to the details supplied on the Contact Us page of the website.  All goods should be returned within fourteen days after cancellation.  

The cost of the item and the shipping cost will be refunded however any cost incurred by the customer in returning the item will not be refunded. Following a cancellation the consumer must ensure that goods are returned to the IFE and consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession.  Refunds will be provided within fourteen days of the goods being received at IFE House, 64-66 Cygnet Court, Timothy's Bridge Road, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 9NW.  

Journals and periodicals are not covered by the Cooling off Period and cannot be returned.

Faulty Goods

In compliance with the Sale of Goods Act consumers can return goods after the Cooling off Period if they are not fit for purpose, do not match the description given at the time of sale or are not of satisfactory quality.

The intention to return an item must be given in writing and the customer must arrange for the item to be returned. We will examine each case on an individual basis and notify you of your entitlement for a refund or replacement.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
