TSA Surveying are currently representing a large employee-owned property consultant who are looking to grow their regional teams within Fire Engineering. The company in question has around 1500 employees and has a turnover more than £150million, they are now targeting their next phase of growth to get to £250million turnover by 2030.

As a property consultant they predominantly employ project managers, quantity surveyors and building surveyors, however as part of their strategic plans they are diversifying their revenue streams with complimentary service lines. A large focus within this has been the grown of Fire and M&E within the past 5 years.

More specifically, they are looking to make a large footprint within the Fire Engineering market, and by doing this, they have made a strategic appointment within their Fire team who is now the National Parter of Fire Engineering. His plan is to grow the 15 strong team to approximately 25 by the end of the financial year to help maintain the large pipeline of work and grow the division.

In terms of Fire Engineering, they are now in full motion and aiming to offer a full suite of fire works, ranging from passive fire surveys through to EWS1 surveys. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the growth of this division and be at the forefront of providing a quality service.

As part of their 2025 plan, they would like to bring in quality driven, dynamic individuals to part of the newly established Fire Engineering team. The individual would be responsible for completing works such as fire strategies, PAS9980 assessments, and EWS1 surveys. The consultant in question has a strong well established client base so most initial growth will be focused on providing and securing contracts with preexisting relationships.

This would be ideal for someone who wants the backing of a large well-known brand, someone who wants to mentor and manage their own small team, someone who has an aspirational vision and drive for quality services, and someone who wants a clear career path filled with growth and opportunity.

As a Senior level Engineer, you will be expected to provide mentorship and high-quality delivery. At a Senior Associate level, you will be expected to perform a more demanding tasks such as running the P&L for the region, maintain workload in your area, and assist the Partner of Fire Engineering in business development.
