Applicants will be required to pay an initial application fee when first submitting an application for IFE recognition at which point your application will be reviewed. If the review of your application requires an on-site visit then you will need to pay travel and subsistence expenses. These will be agreed prior to the visit.
If your application is successful, then you will need to pay an annual fee. This fee is payable each year, including in the first year of recognition.
The IFE will carry out periodic reviews, see the handbook for further details. This will involve a review but may necessitate a visit to the recognised organisation in which case travel and subsistence expenses for reviewer(s) are payable by the organisation wishing to continue IFE recognition. As a registered charity, the IFE always ensures that such expenses are kept to a reasonable minimum.
Gaining IFE recognition demonstrates you have met quality standards and shows your commitment to providing quality training.
